DJ Lobster started making beats on a cracked version of FL Studio in 2014 and soon developed a serious addiction to sampling and programming fat bass lines. Digging on the internet for new music, he soon discovered the Chicago Footwork scene around DJ Rashad, as well as Ghettotech, and developed a musical style somewhere between 2000’s R’n’B, Trap, Juke and Jersey Club.
